Retail Store Manager
We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at our boutique store. The ideal candidate should have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of retail operations. As a Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the store, including sales, staff management, inventory control, and customer relations. You will also drive sales, meet financial targets, and maintain high visual merchandising standards. The successful candidate should have excellent leadership skills, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and the ability to motivate and develop a team. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the store, including sales, staff management, inventory control, and customer relations.
- Drive sales and meet financial targets.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards.
- Develop and motivate the store team.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered.
- Create and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and control store expenses.
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
- Analyze sales and customer data to make informed decisions.
- Manage store promotions and events
- Product Management- receiving and entering in new inventory
- Merchandising- Create compelling product displays for inventory
- Work with Marketing team for product launches and promotions
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a retail store manager with a track record of success in driving sales and team leadership.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Strong understanding of customer service excellence and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- In-depth knowledge of retail operations and merchandising
- Ability to analyze sales and performance data
- Proficiency in inventory management and control
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
- Understanding of financial and budgeting processes
- Proficiency in various computer applications and retail management software.
- Capability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations diplomatically.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
