For all online purchases Mumzie's ships Monday- Friday. We do not ship on weekends or on holidays. Please allow 3-4 business days for order fulfillment. We are currently following safe practices for Covid-19. This may at times cause a delay in order fulfillment. Mumzie's can not gaurantee the delivery of an item or order by a specific date.
To save on shipping costs we will ship your entire order when we have your entire order available. If you have preorder items along with items that are available now in your order, we will wait to ship your items available now when we ship your preorder items. If you have items that you are purchasing that are available now and you want them to be shipped immediately we recommend making two separate purchases with one purchase having your preorder items and the other having your items that you want immediately.
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, Mumzie's accepts returned items in original condition, including tags with sales receipt within 10 days of purchase. STORE CREDIT or ITEMS EXCHANGE will be issued for returned items. All hair accessories, jewelry, under garments, socks/tights, seasonal, Pre-Sale and final markdown items are FINAL SALE. Mumzie's is not responsible for lost packages or damaged items.

Our return policy is for store credit only.
Items are eligible for return if:
- All items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached.
- Items are received within 10 days from the date the item was received.
- All items are free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or other stains.
- You must also include a copy of your sales receipt.
ALL sale merchandise, Custom Orders, and Pre-ordered Items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. All items in the sale order are considered final sale.
If the item was purchased using a gift card / promotion code / discount code, all items in your order cannot be refunded or returned or exchanged.
Shoes, Socks, tights, hats, heirloom dresses, heirloom bubbles, heirloom rompers, bedding, books and bows are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders originally shipped with FREE SHIPPING will have the shipping charges removed from the return credit in the amount of $10.
If you would like to exchange sizes or styles, please place a new order and pay with your store credit.
If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return it. It will be shipped back to you and is subject to additional shipping costs for which you will receive an invoice. Those invoices must be paid within 24 hours or your future orders will be cancelled and shipping charges owed will be deducted from your refunded amount on that new order.
Store Credit is valid for a period of 1 year from the date it was issued.
If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. All claims must be made within 10 days of receiving the item and all returns must be made within 10 days in order to be accepted. We will ship correct items after we receive the incorrect items back.
Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.
Once we receive your items they will be processed within 7 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
RETURNED ITEMS/INCORRECT ADDRESS/LOST PACKAGES:
Any items that are returned to us as non-deliverable, incorrect address or incorrect name at no fault of Mumzie’s Children, will be sent an invoice for new shipping costs. No refunds will be given on these orders and new postage must be purchased. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and it is a USPS deliverable address.
Any items that are not returned to us because of incorrect address or incorrect name at no fault of Mumzie’s Children will not be replaced. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and it is a USPS deliverable address.
Mumzie’s Children isn’t responsible for stolen packages or lost packages, please notify us after order if you need insurance.
