We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail store, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional sales experiences to our customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and contributing to the overall success of the store. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer service, and retail operations. We are currently hiring part time sales accociates. Hired applicants would be able to choose from morning or afternoon shifts. We work around college students school schedules.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.

- Utilize strong sales skills to promote products, identify customer needs, and make recommendations.

- Manage and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.

- Receive and stock merchandise, ensuring inventory levels are accurate and maintained.

- Demonstrate expertise in children's clothing sales

- Utilize retail math skills to make informed decisions and manage store inventory.

- Collaborate with coworkers to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Perform other duties as required, including supporting store events and promotions.
